After receiving the material to be translated, an e-mail/fax will be sent to the client, with the quote and the term for the translation. In case it is accepted, the translation of the document will be immediately started, in order to be delivered in the agreed date. All contents of the document will be kept confidential. I offer a guarantee of the work performed, provided that it is not altered by any means whatsoever.

The translation will be delivered in the same format it was provided, or requested, by the client, such as CDROMs, prints, e-mails, slides, etc. In case there is the need of an invoice to be issued, shuch document will be delivered after the payment of the translation is confirmed.
